Find your benchmark

Lowest-cost loan for your situation across the 75+ lenders we search, including ones that don't pay brokers.

2

Arrange the best loan we can

Some lenders don't deal with brokers. We get the cheapest one from those that do. Sometimes it's the benchmark.

3

Pay the gap

Cashback for 2 years, paid every 3 months. If our trail commission is bigger than the gap, you get that instead.

Re-checked every 3 months and after every RBA rate change.

Important Information

This is a benchmark savings analysis based on the limited information you've provided. It is not a personalised recommendation or an offer of credit. These figures will be replaced with a personalised assessment as part of your credit proposal. Year-1 and year-2 savings are measured at month 13 and month 25, so each includes that year's final quarterly cashback.

Benchmark rates displayed are indicative only and do not constitute loan offers. They reflect the lowest publicly available rate for principal-and-interest loans with a loan-to-value (LVR) ratio of 80%. Actual rates and eligibility depend on your personal circumstances and lender assessment. Lenders offer lower rates for lower LVRs. Some lenders may offer lower rates for specific groups (e.g. first-home buyers or green homes), which we consider when recommending a loan that suits you.

Comparison rates shown are calculated for a secured loan amount of $150,000 over 25 years, based on monthly repayments. WARNING: This comparison rate applies only to the example given and may not include all fees and charges. Different loan amounts, terms, or fees will result in a different comparison rate.

Estimates are rounded and should not be taken as predictions or guarantees. Your actual savings and cashback will vary with your loan amount, loan term, product features, lender criteria and fees.

Assumptions
‍
To generate this analysis, we've assumed: a loan term of 28 years; that you refinance every 2 years to maintain the most competitive rate; discharge fees of $300 (if we don't have the exact figure from your lender); and that any changes to your income or debt levels still allow for refinancing.
